Focaccia with Whipped Ricotta & Figs


It’s not an At Home with Mandy dinner party without my focaccia, and this time, I’ve taken it up a notch with our homegrown figs. They add the perfect balance of sweetness and texture to the creamy ricotta…I promise you won’t have any leftovers!
Start by following my homemade focaccia recipe (leave out the rosemary), and once it’s baked to golden perfection, cut it into bite-sized cubes. Then, here’s how to finish it off…
