Feta Olive Checkerboard
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
1 block of feta
A handful of green olives
Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Method
Cut the feta into even cubes, about 2 cm thick.
On a flat plate or serving board, arrange one cube of feta next to an olive, then repeat , alternating them like a checkerboard pattern. Continue until you've created a few rows, keeping it neat and tight. Drizzle generously with olive oil, then serve.
