Everything Butter Crispy Date Bark

Chocolate + peanut butter = a match made in heaven…so it’s no surprise my Everything Butter Date Bark has a permanent place in my freezer (and heart). 💛
Made with Fix and Fogg’s Everything Butter and crunchy soy crisps, it’s sweet, salty, nutty…basically the complete package when it comes to sweet treats! But, if you’ve only got standard peanut butter…or perhaps even some pistachio spread, it will taste super delicious too!
Makes: 10-12 pieces, depending on size
Ingredients
16 Medjool dates
¼ cup Fix & Fogg’s Everything Butter
¼ cup soy crisps
200g dark chocolate, melted
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Method
1. Split the dates open, remove the pits, and press them into a flat, even layer on a sheet of baking paper. Place another sheet of baking paper on top and gently roll with a rolling pin to flatten further.
2. Spread the Fix & Fogg Everything Butter evenly over the dates. Pour over half the melted dark chocolate and smooth it out. Sprinkle the soy crisps evenly over the chocolate. Pour over the remaining chocolate and smooth again. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
3. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, then break into pieces and serve.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months (if it lasts that long!).
