Coffee and Walnut Cake
This has quickly become my go-to Sunday afternoon cake – perfect for cozying up with a slice while watching reruns of Nigella. I used Cirelli Coffee’s cold brew for a beautifully fragrant coffee flavour, but a few shots of espresso work just as well!

Ingredients
For the cake:
50g walnuts
200g caster sugar
225g unsalted butter, softened
200g plain flour
