Aperol Sour
Aperol to the AO: Recipe 4/17 - A frothy, citrusy twist on a classic sour.
I’ve always loved a good sour - especially the amaretto sours at Pastel Wine Bar here in Adelaide. And since I also adore Aperol, I thought, why not merge the two? The result is this Aperol Sour: bright, frothy, and perfect for warmer days. It’s a little bitter, a little sweet, and all kinds of refreshing - just made for sipping in the sun!
